A Little About Me

My Practice
With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Drawing from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness techniques, and humanistic approaches, I tailor each therapy session to meet the unique needs of every client. Through the integration of different therapeutic tools and techniques, I help clients gain insight into their past experiences, identify patterns, and develop practical strategies to address challenges. My collaborative and client-centered approach fosters self-awareness, resilience, and positive change. Whether supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or life transitions, I am dedicated to guiding clients towards increased self-acceptance, personal transformation, and living a more fulfilling life

Our first session

The first session gives us a chance to get to know each other a little bit and for you to ask any questions you might have. This session is slightly different from other sessions as it involves me directing our conversation and asking questions. This enables me to get context around the difficulties that brings you to therapy right now and for us to determine the most helpful approach to meet your goal(s) for therapy.
