A Little About Me

My Practice
I trained as an integrative therapist in London, United Kingdom, and have been practising for the past decade. My approach combines a variety of techniques and interventions that stem from a holistic approach. I truly believe that humans are complex individuals and it is impossible to look at them through one lens only. Hence, I pay great attention to the client's environment, childhood, genetic predisposition, personality, bodily reactions, and much more.
What I'm Like
As my sessions are based on the relationship we develop together, you can expect a great deal of emotional intimacy, challenging conversations, transparency, and of course laughter. In fact, I truly believe that if you’re choosing me as your therapist, I owe it to you to show up as my true and authentic self. Whenever it is appropriate, I share personal examples from my life and journey that could be helpful to yours.

What Can You Expect From My Sessions

My sessions are very open and flexible. I never come with an agenda and follow the flow of my clients. I also believe that clients come to therapy to change an element(s) of their life that is holding them back, and one way to do so is by challenging them. Some sessions might feel quite difficult as we dive into painful memories and others might feel overwhelming as we try to understand the root of some issues. But rest assured that all sessions orbit around our connection and the relationship that we will develop together.

Our first session

I know a lot of clients are stressed before their first session, and that’s completely normal…I mean to think about it, you’re opening up to a complete stranger and that’s just not easy. However, I always tell clients that this space is a gift that you give to yourself and I’m just here to help you get the most out of it. In the first minutes, you can expect some light conversation, and an explanation of how I run my practice. We then start discussing the reason that has brought you to this space. We sometimes will only focus on that, or other times we’ll expand the conversation to different topics. All in all, this session is here to help us decide wether or not we’re a good match and if we would like to start this journey together.
